This Papa John’s is located in the Sawmill Plaza and is adjoined to the Circle K gas station. I really like this location, the staff are friendly and efficient. They do not deliver, but they use Door Dash. I like that they have a drive thru window. They do have a small area to dine in, but it is mostly for carry out. My most favorite part is their pizza by the slice special. You can get a slice of pizza for $3 (and it is a large size slice) or a combo that is a slice and bread sticks for $6! They also include a small garlic sauce. My husband and I grab a slice there often. It is convenient and you can’t beat Papa John’s pizza and garlic sauce. I highly recommend this location.

I am very disappointed that all the major pizza places, i.e., Papa John’s, Domino’s, and Pizza Hut have gone with this generic call Center. My daughter ordered a pizza and it was nothing hard a medium cheese pizza. When she got to the Papa John’s on Roanoke, they didn’t have the order and it turns out the call center send it to the Papa John’s on comers so she had to sit there and wait for them to fire up and put the cheese pizza in there oven at roanoke. Time wasted just about children at home was trying to get home. Give them something to eat so that they can get to bed on time. When you try to talk to someone in the store, no one wants to take responsibility. No one wants to compensate you for your missed time or anything if they’re very nonchalant like That’s your problem lady not mine. So this will be the last time we order pizza by calling the call center. And also what’s with having a call sitters base in Asia somewhere. The call center has have Asian people answering the phones and we can’t even understand them .

I can’t eat pizza from no where but papa John’s and we have always had a wonderful experience with Papa John’s. All except for when there was not one but two car accidents and knocked off the power to all of LaGrange Georgia on commerce avenue side of town it was offal that day and it was on a Friday to boot people was a little bit up set I do believe that there was one that was at commerce and highway 27which is new Franklin Rd because the Red light wasn’t working on count of the power outage.

The manager is very unprofessional and sloppy looking. She has no customer service skills. I will never return because she made a papadia with no cheese couple pieces of pepperoni. Even though it is small. one would expect to get enough to cover the bread. Pitiful…..

My wife and I traveled through LaGrange and picked up a pizza at this store. We loved the All the Meats on the thin crust from Papa Johns. People were very friendly. Never seen a Papa John’s connected to a convenient store before.
