The service was great, but the food.. nada. I usually order the Double Chicken Avocado salad (two of them) and I’ve never had a bad salad. Today’s salad looked amazing, however, the chicken on the salad looks different (looks overly seasoned) and is so salty I cannot eat it. That means i’ll not be eating the second salad i bought for tomorrow either and am out $20.00. I also noticed a couple new but similar salads on the menu that come with some kind of chile seasoning – i wonder if that’s what I actually got. If so, it’s terrible.

We ordered a 16 piece meal and the chicken was phenomenal! Everything was delicious, came warm and fresh, and delivery driver was courteous and professional. Would highly recommend the food here. The cilantro salad dressing was delicious! They even delivered 15 minutes sooner than promised when I placed the order on-line.

I really liked going to this El Pollo Loco before. The food is good and the service is friendly. When the manager is there it’s great. They really need to work on their online ordering though. I went the other day to pick up my online order and there was a big line. I walked up to the counter and tried to get someone’s attention but 3 different employees ignored me. I get that they are busy but if someone orders online they shouldn’t have to wait until everyone in line orders and half of them get their food before getting theirs. It was cold by the time I actually got my food. I could have walked in and ordered or went through the drive thru and got my food quicker and hotter than I did ordering online.

Absolutely disgusting inside. Ordered online and waited for several minutes at the counter, was ignored but when someone else walked up to pick up an order they were immediately helped. What a nasty piece of trash. Won’t be coming back if this is the environment inside.
