I can’t say what when wrong. The food was ready fast, but it was cold and stale, it was so cold the french fries was dried up and wrinkle. I have eaten at a lot of Zaxbys, I have never gotten cold, stale food. I wondered if I got food someone else refused.

This location was great! We ordered the salads and they were so good! They were wonderfully crafted and we love them so much that we went back the very next night. The service was extremely fast through the drive-thru. I mean, literally we were taking our time making the order and she was trying to hard to hear us and make sure we got everything right. By the time we drove around to the window, our food was already packaged up and exactly as we requested with our customizations.

Visiting from our west so I’m used to Raising Cane’s. The sauce and fingers are similar. The toast is not as good at Zaxby’s, cold and hard. Staff wasn’t very enthusiastic to work there, but food was fast, and restaurant was clean overall.

I just had my wisdom teeth took out, today “06/24” I went in there for something real to eat and ask if I could get my chicken cut up really tiny for me to eat it and they did that. I really appreciated them for doing that for me.

I ordered a Zax snack, my chicken was very rubbery and didn’t taste good. My toast wasn’t even toasted and barely had any butter on it. My fries were the only thing that was sufficient enough to eat. I wouldn’t eat here again!

Ordered 2 orders of chicken bacon ranch fries, neither had ranch and one only had a couple pieces of chicken. The signature chicken club was a piece of chicken and some sauce….no bacon, no lettuce, just thrown together.
