Waited in the lobby for 25 min then 15 mins the last 2 times I went there. The drive through was moving along just fine because it is monitored. Tried to get help from red shirt staff (I was told they are some level of management) and was either ignored or met with rudeness. I now only go there for deliveries (will not spend my money there) but am refusing almost all orders from that location. I know it’s a tough place to work, but being mean to people for asking why their food is taking 25 minutes (after the quoted pickup time) is completely unreasonable. There is one guy working there that is helpful but he’s way outnumbered by unhelpful staff, I appreciate him.

Went through the drive thru and ordered two big box tender meals. Got the 2 sides that come with it for the one meal but not the other. Didn’t realize it until I got home and had to drive back to the restaurant. Went inside and immediately it smelled completely unsanitary in the the restaurant as if they never clean the kitchen or restrooms. Then I patiently wait at the counter to tell them the issue and after 5 minutes of waiting I asked the girl opening nickles and counting them into the drawer if they could help me. Strange that they were counting change in the drawer at 5:30pm during the evening dinner rush. I got the two sides but by the time I got back home my chicken was cold.

Staff working register is pleasant normally, though so staff working the prep line to include shift leads focus on drive through orders before dining room orders. I recommend you utilize drive thru if you want fast service

The food was good the service was good the only thing I wish they would do with this Kentucky fried Chicken building is to remodel it they do need a new one they had plenty of chicken fries gravy mashed potatoes please if anybody sees us review have them put up a new building cuz this one is way out of date they need a new one but all in all the experience was good

Absolutely disgusting. I usually order on doordash and I thought it was a coincidence that I got so sick after eating KFC, but after going inside.. wow. Your feet stick to the floor, the bags stick to the counter, there is no ac and I actually watched the employee’s sweat drip down into my bag. Idk whats wrong with the soda machines but they always taste rancid and they don’t have any ice. This place is inhumane to their employees and their food seems extremely dangerous to eat.
