I called to order asked for my wings to b fried hard. She said ok. I got these soak n wet wings. I called he said the wings are baked and was rude so I asked for my money back he said no I asked for a credit he said no. They have a call center in India answering their calls and they’re not affiliate with papa johns so be careful when ordering they don’t care

This is the second time my pizza was not delivered. My family waited hours and the pizza never came. As I was at work I called and asked about the pizza, I was told to check the front door. The pizza was not there. I called back and the manager told me it’s not his problem because door dash was the service that delivered it. He never offered me a new pizza and proceeded to say I don’t know what you want me to do about it, maybe your kids want a job delivering because we don’t have enough drivers. He then was going to void the wrong order, I had to tell him multiple times I wanted a refund. I was stunned that a manager or any employee would talk to a customer that way. I was very calm and never got upset with him. Never ever ordering from them again.

This is the worst business in Bellevue, hands down. The quality of the pizzas are inconsistent. The workers are not always sure of what the “deals” are resulting in a $15.+ overcharge on an order that the company didn’t find important enough to respond to. Today was the last straw. I ordered 4 2 liter bottles of pop and received 2. The manager gave me a credit, which I’m sure will not be there if I were to ask about it on another order. Besides what good is credit when you have people expecting a cold drink with their meal? The manager was quite snarky during our short conversation. I love the Pizza and the service. The staff has always been great!!! My only complaint is on phone orders, where I cannot replace the garlic sauce with marinara sauce without paying for the garlic, which I don’twant!!!( I worked in pizza shops for the last 10 years,that’s ridiculous.) If they would offer the switch, I would actually buy a second marinara! $

We have ordered from many chain pizza places and family owned. We are from Upstate NY and have struggled for 5 years to find pizza that compares to what we are used to. Shockingly, Papa Johns at the Bellevue location is by far the best. We always order “light sauce” and it has been correct 9/10 times. We like the specialty pizzas but also love just a Tuscan Six Cheese. The pizza is always hot and tastes fresh regardless of delivery time and always looks fresh. Delivery drivers are always friendly and respect our request for “no contact delivery.” One time I ordered during a rush and the store manager called to let me know they got my order and promised to get it to me ASAP.
