Food took over 10 min. When arrived home find out I got curly fries and wanted regular fries. My fault for not looking. Fish was like frozen fish sticks that came from the microwave. Will not be going back to this location

When I entered, I stood near a man who was already so bored from waiting that he was leaning against a wall playing on his phone. I didn’t time how long I actually waited but it was a sadly ridiculous time. I like to give customer service the benefit of the doubt normally. But in this case, multiple people walked by and ignored us. They weren’t assigned to register, obviously, so it wasn’t their job. Finally, a woman came up and asked the man making sandwiches in front of us how he was doing and noticed us. She asked him if we had been helped and he said no. Therefore, all of those people not only ignored us, they couldn’t be bothered to tell anyone there were customers waiting at the register. Now, this woman immediately jumped into gear, hopped on the register, and started taking orders. She was so nice. One of those that made me feel very welcome without even having a big conversation. She said sorry for the wait and conveyed the sense that she meant it, not just giving a perfunctory apology. This woman is the only reason I gave two stars on service because no one else I saw that day deserved any. I wish I had gotten her name. The way staff ignored me, I assumed they were busy and my food would take a bit. However, they had my meal ready before I even had my drink. That was fast. My curly fries were delicious and crispy and hot. But my roast beef was cold. It was like they had pulled it out of the fridge a little bit ago. As I ate, I was surprised how many employees were there and not doing anything, which frustrated me more for the wait.

Mom, Dad and I stopped in for a quick bite after church and I was so impressed with the lovely woman who took our order, Ikea. She chatted with my parents and was very nice. Then she brought our order to our table! I haven’t been to a fast food restaurant in quite a while but I doubt that’s normal, so I’d be accurate in saying she went above and beyond! It was a wonderful experience! Thanks Ikea!!!

The service was horrible. The employees were arguing and fighting in front of the customers. Took almost 20 min. to get our food and another 15 minutes to get our shakes, only after we had to be rude to get some to service. Will never do to this Arby’s again.

The sandwich that I got was horrible. There were huge chunks of meat that were unedible and burned. It was like I got the daily scraps. The fries were also overdone. Very uncharacteristic for Arby’s.

Used a coupon and ordered 1 meal.. sat for 20 min waiting on food to be prepped. Got order home and opened my bag to a poor display of sandwich etiquette. Food was cold. I literally live less then a block away so our food should not have been cold … Arby’s need to step it up. Or get rid of the lazy employees
