I had to give them five stars because the loan employee in the whole place did a great job of handling all that was going on. I was there 30 minutes waiting on my food but it was fresh out of the fryer and she went above and beyond trying to apologize for the wait.

Not like it has been. Disappointed that they don’t offer non spicy fried chicken sandwich any more. Also the football shaped boberry biscuits are not anywhere as good as they used to be. They certainly were not fresh and there are less blueberries un them with almost no frosting.

I used to enjoy dining at Bojangles for their variety of chicken options. However, my recent experiences have left me disappointed. It’s disheartening that they got rid of the non-spicy chicken choices, as it limits the options for those who prefer milder flavors.

We waited at the drivethrough for 10 minutes. There were 2 cars in front of us, both of which were at separate ordering drive ups. There was a long wait until one car moved to pay/pick up their order. The next car eventually got fed up and left. We sat there for a few more minutes and nobody asked if they could take our order. Not a word even though we said hello a bunch of times. We drove round to the window and asked if they were open. The guy said he was helping someone else in the drivethrough but there was nobody else there after everyone in front of us left. There were no customers in the store. We ordered and had to wait another 10 minutes for our chicken. We got the chicken and drove home. The bottom of the box had fallen out because of how much grease had come out of the chicken. Grease was literally dripping everywhere. I bit into a piece of chicken and it was raw and bloody in the middle.

These folks bust their butts trying to please the customers… But they never have enough help, or supplies.I have seen them racing around almost in tears, trying to make orders work. Most of the time they are out of their top selling items. Then orders are sent out wrong because of the chaos. The staff here are very kind and apologetic, I go here mostly for the cleanliness and the kindness.. I hope one day they get help and get this place running smooth. My entire family are regular customers. My last order was ALOT and was totally wrong. HELP

We were there at 6:50 pm on the 24th. of May & though the young woman was way over-worked, she was so very kind to us. Had the sweetest smile. Was doing a great job trying to take care of the front counter as well as the drive- thru. We highly commend her for her attitude & efficiency! God bless her. She is a super employee. I wish I had thought in time to get her name.

The wait was so long in the drive thru I had to leave ams go somewhere else. After over 10 mins of waiting and not even making it to the menu board I left. There were 2 cars in front if me and that was it. I was not the only one that left. There were 6 other cars in line that left as well. I don’t know what the issue was but the situation was ridiculous!
