Food is really delicious here, but it gets pretty busy, and they barely have people attending the customers. We waited approx 40 minutes to be asked what we wanted to drink. Once our server attended us, she was great. Other than that, we had a good time on 5 de Mayo.

So we came here after seeing there crawfish special. But they where wildly by time we got here so we ordered other things. We told the waitress give us a second to look over menu and she disappeared for 15 mins.. so we finally place the order for the food to be nasty like not seasoned at all. Been here several times and this is my second review. My first review was good and felt I needed to leave another review since the Hippo Lounge opened up. Kudos to them for the awesome job on the makeover of this lounge area. The ambiance is classy but still casual, if that makes sense. I went on a Thursday, which is steak night. The food is always good. The DJ was doing his thing, and even though the place was packed the service was still on point.

We were very disappointed. We saw all the great reviews about this location but when we arrived we were the only customers in the establishment and all we could see was 4 – 5 waitresses sitting and eating all together. We weren’t welcomed and our waitress seemed bothered that we arrived during their lunch moment. There were no smiles and as customers arrived the waitresses would stay at their table eating and talking and rarely check on us. Our fried onion rings tasted like paper and we sent them back after a few bites they looked white and soggy instead of fried and crispy. The burger was decent and the wings could had been better tossed in the sauce. Someone did I think the manager checked on us and changed the rings for fried Mac and cheese but our service was still the same and we still left a tip. We won’t be coming back to this location.

can’t beat their two for Tuesday wings. Wings are big and juicy. Always on point. And their Carne Asada fries are amazing!!! It’s hard to find mango habanero wings I actually like and theirs are perfect. Yum!!! Oh and their drinks are so good. I always leave happy lol

We come here every Sunday as a family my 2 kids an I. My son LOVES this place, an it takes a lot to get him to want to eat out! The owner an his wife is amazing to accommodate us! I used to order from this place alot because the wings were always so good well sauced and chunky. However recently I ordered take out, also ordered over the phone and asked for the total (including taxes) They said 23$,and i went to go pick it up, I ordered 10 traditional wings with a side of small fries that alone was 26$ for 1 person. I get home and they had given me 9 traditional wings and 1 boneless dry to the bone and barely sauced. Not the first time they did this I will not order from here anymore. I recommend bayou city wings they have same sauce options for a little more $ but always come through .

Horrible Customer Service. Coming here was very unprofessional the bar girls take shots which is very unprofessional of them. They took 2 hours just for a 24 pc wings didnt have any ranch in stock but I was charged for it. I miss the old waitress that use to work here glasses with tattoos I believe she was manager too. The manager here doesn’t keep up with their mistakes and doesn’t do anything to fix the situation. I don’t recommend it .
