Our waitress greeted us soon after being seated. The restaurant was clean. Bathroom was clean. Our food took a little longer than expected but they had an influx of customers when we arrived. Our waitress was accommodating by providing refills as needed and bringing our biscuits and gravy out early. This was to accommodate our hunger while we waited for food. Our bacon was crispy, eggs were perfect, and the french toast was delectable. The grits were the best grits I’ve had. They had butter (I asked for extra) and were the perfect consistency for me. Not too sticky and clumpy and not runny. Definitely worth a visit ! Breakfast the way breakfast should be

I give it two stars only because their breakfast decent. Today my son and I went there and the squash breading was not done all the way, the country fried steak was not steak at all it look like chicken even the waitress said it was chicken at first it was like white meat it looks like a frozen chicken patty. Our waitress was nice. When we went to check I mentioned the chicken fried steak problem cuz I didn’t even eat it and rather than maybe making it right somehow, they just took a dollar off of it, and didn’t seem to care too much about the issue. Spent the whole lunch hour waiting for our food. Ended up getting it to go. The burgers that my husband and grandson ordered came with nothing but the meat and bread and not much meat at that. The pattie was about the size of a small sausage pattie that may have cover half or less of the bun. ( Much more bread than meat) And it was cold when we got it. I would have been ashamed to have given that food to a homeless person. And our bill was $45!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Only complaint is they ran out of sweet tea while we were there. I wish I would have tried desert the best part was definitely the fish! The little one liked the French fries also!

The food is great, the prices are great, I’m not overly fond of having a rotation of waitresses. It’s usefully never the same one. There have been a few times when one has not been pleasant. The parking is very compact and when leaving from the side street makes it near impossible to actually see when it’s packed. As I said the food is fantastic I’ve never had a complaint. I love that I can have breakfast at anytime or a delicious special of the day.

Truly Blessed
This is typically our “go to” breakfast place when we are in the area. Large portions of homemade food. We usually can’t eat all that is served. We are always a big group as my daughter is a family of 6 and then my husband and I. We always have great service. Might have to wait sometimes for a table but definitely worth the wait and the money.

Food was pretty good. I must say I was impressed. Wasn’t expecting it from such a small little place but it was good home cooking. The gravy could have been better but the rest of breakfast was perfect. I’ll definitely be back.

Great clean place to eat. The food was great. I ordered a turkey club with chips and had a plate full of food. But it was delicious! The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable visit. In fact ,one of the regulars was eating lunch and mentioned it was his 87th birthday. And when he finished lunch they brought him a free dessert with a candle in it and we all sang Happy Birthday to him ! Loved it!
