my cousin and I were in town for a family emergency. we are here tho 5 out of the 7 days we were there. absolutely delicious! I had the chili relleno with a beef taco twice. fresh and tasty! wait was minimal. customer service was awesome! can’t wait to come back!

The food was AWESOME. I ate the large California Burrito and it was delicious. My wife had a fish taco and she raved about it the whole way home to Orange County. The rolled tacos were fantastic and my young daughter and one of my sons got the bacon wrapped hot dog, they wanted another one!

It’s a hole is the wall shop that was recommended to us when I asked the locals for the best Mexican food in the area. They have the best (and biggest) fish tacos I’ve ever seen! Portions were enormous and tasted great. Agua frescas were excellent too. It’s hard to find a restaurant that can make everyone in a family of 6 happy but this restaurant did! We came back 3 more times during our vacation.

This place used to be called Cafe Del Sol. I grew up in this part of town and had gone back to visit this week and decided on my way out of town to stop at one of my previous favorite places to eat. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I work in the restaurant industry and have for over a decade… I have reasonable expectations when I dine out. The cashier was unpleasant at best. I paid almost $14 for a burrito that was nothing like what was listed on the menu. I ordered a California Burrito, to go with shredded beef instead of the carne asada & added guacamole (wierd since it was a “California Burrito” ). Once I hit the road I opened up the bag and got to my burrito… This darn thing didn’t even have french fries or any potato in it *not as advertised*. For some reason, it was green bell peppers and gigantic chunks of beef, not shredded whatsoever. I ordered shredded beef so I knew that I could eat it while I was driving which is why I didn’t get the meat they had advertised. If you don’t know, California burritos generally have beef, avocado or some kind of guacamole, cheese and french fries. It was lukewarm less than 10 minutes after I paid for it. Everything tasted days old. I have never left a bad review anywhere. But this was absolutely garbage. Almost $14 and there was nothing in common with what was advertised on the menu. Inside, the place is cute. It really does have a lot of potential. I wish them well.

It’s a strip mall restaurant, but the food is very good. I had the lengua taco, and it was AMAZING, the al pastor was not very good. It was dry, but the flavor was good. I went with a group, and we tried a bunch of stuff, and most of it was very good. So I recommend you try, especially the lengua!!!!

Delicious Mexican food at a reasonable price. Highly recommend the Surf and Turf burrito. Excellent ingredient ratio. They didn’t skimp on the meat nor did they fill it up with mostly rice.
