They sat us in an area where there wasn’t a server lol. No one realized it until the group that came in after us got waited on. Then the server said she would get our drinks which one was wrong and she forgot to put the order in for the other two. She wasn’t happy to get stuck with us since the other server was busy smh. To add insult to injury my poor hubby got a dirty spoon served in his frizole soup.

5 stars on Everything. Wait staff was amazing, food was excellent, variety and simple menu items. Atmosphere is very charming inside with a great view from inside looking out. This is a great location for an Olive Garden. Go in and see for yourself! Two thumbs up.

My family was hungry and rolling 15 deep about 20 min to closing and the awesome staff let us in and took great care of us. Service was over and beyond. Everyone was very friendly and service was fast. We had more salad, bread, and food we knew what to do with. Drinks never ran dry and we didn’t have to ask for a thing. Also the cleanest Olive Garden I’ve seen.

No complaints here…in fact this was one of the best dinners we had in awhile… Johnathan our server is a prime example of great service. Johnathan kept checking on us and refiling our drinks…jeep the bread sticks coming bud…came for dinner with my wife, two toddlers and a teenage son right before rush hour traffic…not only did we beat traffic but we also beat the dinner rush. We had the large sharing shells, lasagna classic, a steak and some spaghetti….the dinner plates were delicious and all our children were actually well behaved because of it…you can’t talk n play around if your eating delicious food. I had a refreshing long island tea to wash down my tasty lasagna. The mix drink was on point. The salad was cold n fresh and the Italian house dressing is my fave…we actually keep a bottle in the fridge! You can purchase at the restaurant or at the grocery store. Our meals were served right on time…soon as we were done with the salad and tasty soup entree the main course was placed before us…the mozzarella appetizers were so cheesy and everything else was great.

Got a serious gastro infection from eating the salad! This happened within an hour after I left the restaurant. I had soup and salad. I brought home some soup. Ate some the next day. No problem. It was the salad!!

New Waiter. Forgot to bring Bread Sticks. Bit hard to understand, low voice. We get there 12 Minutes before 3 p.m. we ask Hostess IF we could get Lunch Menu Value and She says yes. /// I was very good Waiter for 17 Years…. and Know very well about Food Service…He did not cover not even 60%. We try to make a Lunch price because we had to Drive 25 Round trip to the place…. Service and prices DO not give Satisfaction for $ 80.00 for two people. M.B. next time we may go to Red Lobster . We appreciate if you consider our options.

We went into the 281/Bitters location with a large group. 30 minute wait to seat us, they don’t take reservations. (Might be a good idea) We had 2 female waiters assigned to us, one was nice, one was rude and aggressive. One of our orders was forgotten but they did 911 it, and it arrived in about 5 minutes. When we explained we wanted to split the bill, the rude waitress was loud and and practically made a scene. Also, as we had closing coffee after dinner, one of our company got up to go to the bathroom and the waitress chased her down to give her the bill..uncalled for behavior. Train your staff. On a positive note, the food was great.

We went here twice this week (1) birthday party – wait was 45 minutes long and we had two servers helping our party of 12. We called in advance to put out name down on a list and to let them know but they would not put a large party down on a list without half of the group there waiting. Once we sat down our service was not the best and a few dishes had to be sent back because they were wrong. (2) family get together – wait was less then two minutes! Service was still not great. We ordered drinks and you can tell they were sitting at the counter for awhile. Food was a lot better this time around so that was a plus. Bathrooms were not kept super clean either visit… so I think they could do a better job at that. Parking was not a problem at all. If we had to go back I hope the better chef is working.
