Not the same. We ordered two 18 inch sandwiches and the bread was Way over toasted. I called to let them know after I took 2 bites and though professional – tried to justify that the bread was fresh. Which is was but WAY over cooked. When I went to exchange them. One worker was very professional but the other had an attitude. He used the same meat and ingredients on the new sandwich. Who does that – after a person bit off it. I did not say nothing because it is a reflection of the Owner who apparently approves this behavior and the Jimmy John’s brand… always went to Jimmys, will never return…ever.

Stop ordering delivery unless you want your sub sitting outside! They will not ring the bell or call you. When you call to complain, they will hang up in your face. Horrible!
