The prices are quite reasonable, and they serve a satisfying portion of food. While there are other hotpot establishments in the area that offer all-you-can-eat options, they tend to be more expensive. At Double 10, they offer set menu choices that are just the right amount for me. I particularly favor the spicy soup base, and I absolutely adore their sesame sauce mixture combined with garlic and chili sauce.

Hot pot was probably not the best choice on a hot summer day, but the food was really tasty and you get a decent amount of food for the price. The wait staff was also really friendly and attentive, but it wasn’t super busy either. As someone who wasn’t super familiar with how to mix the ingredients for dipping sauce I wish they would have had a few more recommendations and better marked the spice level of a few of the things, but they did have a couple options, and I could have asked. Generally a good experience. Would recommend and visit again.

Amazing food! We started getting take out from Mini Hot pot and the food was delicious. We heard about the Hot Pot setup and decided to dine in. It was very worth the visit. Interesting process that was confusing at first but the owner (was was incredibly friendly) helped us out with instructions.

We love the experience here. Great, quick service and fresh food. The hot pot is SO good. It is not all you can eat, instead you choose what proteins/veggies/etc you’d like, which we prefer. Complimentary noodles, potatoes, and make-your-own sauce bar are always clean and stocked. They also have a great variety of hot pot base options. Try the Thai hot and sour! That’s our favorite.

AC was too cold and the waiter told me that they could not adjust the temperature:( Fried rice & spicy blood curd were good. However, their sour cabbage smells really bad which made me feel like the food went bad. Won’t go again

So happy they reopened since we only got to experience them once before they closed 2 years ago. It was so good. I had the seafood with Korean kimchi broth and my husband had the beef with Szechwan Spicy broth. You make your own dipping sauce from 9 different options and they have a recipe for a popular dipping sauce if you don’t know what you want. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Visited today (01/08/2022) and looking forward to visiting again soon.

Best Chinese spot in Madison, love getting hotpot here and sometimes ordering off the plated menu. The broths are delicious and their lunch specials are great. Staff is nice. Picking up take out is always quick too.
