This place always forgets my cinnamon twists. Literally every. single. time. Told us to come up there and get the cinnamon twists, then the doors were locked and several employees were inside. The drive thru line was extremely long and it was not worth the 3 cinnamon twists they forgot. The food also is usually cold. The only star is for the daytime workers, because they are always really nice. The night workers don’t really seem to care. Please get better. :,(

Went through the drive thru and they made a mistake on my order. I didn’t know until I got home. The order was right on the screen and Conrad the drive thru order taker read it back me so it wasn’t his mistake. I called the store and spoke to Kayla. She apologized and said to come back in and she’d make it right. I told her I won’t come back in today. It was Saturday and liberty was very busy with traffic and I didn’t want to go back out. She said come back in within 7 days with receipt and we will take care of it.

I just had the best experience in the drive through ! The lady( Jackie) on the speaker is so kind and attentive, patiently waiting for me to communicate with my son in the car and also asked me if I needed any sauce. I felt good to be not rushed in this full of fast pace life .

I’ve visited this location a number of times and every time the service is great. The food is always hot, and the line moves quickly in the drive through. I stopped through to get tacos for the Chief’s game and had the pleasure of being served by Jalil. He is a very pleasant young man and does a great job. It’s nice to be greated with a smile!

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The managers are so courteous, patient and polite. They are always busy doing things that most restaurants bosses make their employees . They don’t mind getting their hands dirty especially during happy hour… Love this one better than the one on 291. I’m a repeat customer. Food is always yummy and hot.

Lack of training of employees. Make sure you get your debit card back after purchasing your meal. If not they will use the debit card to purchase other food. I was requested by the Assistant Manager to speak with the Manager, Michelle to get reimburse. That was a waste of my time. She kept giving me different answer of why she could not reimburse. I was very upset and she made me feel like a criminal. Went to bank to report of fraud. Very unprofessional of the manager, Michelle.
