3 weeks in a row I’ve gone here. This store is a disaster! Just avoid this chipotle location altogether. They are understaffed, constantly out of produce and blaming the supplier for not delivering. Since they are out of the fajita vegetables, I asked for a little extra shredded lettuce and they said “sorry I can’t do that for you.“ Then, I asked for a discount and they can’t do that either. So I said, your manager should be able to do that. Guess what else they ran out of: manager on duty. They don’t have a manager on duty during the lunch hour! I can’t believe Chipotle corporate allows them to operate like this! Out of everything, including customer service.

So this is the second Chipotle I have been to you to see how the service was and it was just the exact same service as I got from the last Chipotle I went to on Belmont Street. The people were just in a rude mood like ughh what can I get you. None of the employees were very nice they all felt like they didn’t want to be there I was not happy with my food here at all it was slapped together even though I asked the man if he could portion it out evenly but he just didn’t have customer service skills, and once again my food was just slopped together it wasn’t spread out nicely. It was like the employees just weren’t happy that they were there and they just wanted to give me what I ordered for and get me out of there and had no care in the world if I was happy with what I got or not. Once again I’m going to try another Chipotle because I love Chipotles but customer service almost isn’t worth even going in it’s a s***** feeling to have from an employee at a store you’re trying to spend money.

The people who work there are great except I think it’s the manager I don’t even know what it is, I finished my meal and I wanted to wash my hands before leaving the establishment I went to ask for the code to enter the bathroom and he or she was so rude without education or manners and his response was you have to eat something and if you don’t leave the establishment and look for the bathroom elsewhere to which I responded but I just finished my meal and I threw away the receipt to which he replied I don’t care you have to buy Something or get out of here, I mean, I don’t understand how people like that and with that attitude of service are managers in a place as good as Chipotle is. Really, I was very disappointed in the rude attitude of that thing because in the end, who knows what is it. In conclusion, they should put people with an attitude of service and that people feel pleased to return and not speak ill of the establishment because of a foul-mouthed person without class or education who should be washing dishes instead of being a manager.
