My total online was $24. The online software must have been having an issue because it would not let me place the order and I tried 3 different cards. I had to call and place the order and my total was $35 when I had to pay in store? For 2 medium pizzas that are uncooked??! And I ordered a cup of ranch and I got 2 packets of salad ranch. Last time I’ll be having papa murphys

I’m leaving a great review for the employee named Taylor. He was super professional, friendly, and happy. It’s so rare to see such wonderful customer service so I had to leave a review for him. And I always love the pizza here

You know it used to be a pretty good deal, but with the price increases and the decline of the quality of ingredients as of late it isn’t such a good deal. Got a Cowboy with white sauce and something about their cheese to sauce ratio was terrible. The consistency was just awful. I think their cheese changed again. Threw 3/4 of a large away. I’ll spend literally the same money and get quality pizza.

I didn’t get the girl’s name but I went in and asked if I paid for extra mods would they make me a stuffed crust pizza. She said she had never done it before but she was super excited to try and wanted to know how it came out. The pizza was gorgeous and delicious. The employees are super friendly and dedicated to making a good experience.

Worst experience EVER! The customer service is beyond unfriendly, absolutely rude, completely lazy and downright awful. No one says hi and they are put out that you have even walked in the store. The presentation of the pizza is absolutely terrible and the store is usually dirty. Honestly, a child could make a better looking pizza and at least they would be friendly while doing it! The staff is more into their music (that is not family appropriate) than doing their job. I will purposely be driving 5 miles out of the way to a different store so I don’t have to deal with this staff and the food. I HIGHLY suggest NOT going to this store!

They messed up my pizza 3 times. The last time I walked out with the pizza I realized they messed up again and didn’t add any marinara sauce. At this point they were already closed because they had to redo my pizza 3 times. I knocked on their door and they almost didn’t open it for me. Very rude workers.

I called for pizza And the girl answered and said there’s gonna be like a 40 minute wait At 7:40 and said she closes at 8 o’clock. That was on a Tuesday, and the following Wednesday I went by That store at around 8:30 and the store was open. Hiring kids like that, makes me wonder how this Boise store on Fairview Avenue can stay open, With the kids turning customers away 20 minutes before the store closes, probably just so they don’t have to work anymore that shift.

After 30 minutes of 425 degrees, the pizza is soupy. A thin crust should be cooked easily in that time.
