We wanted something quick and was in the mood for a burger. Figured we’d try five guys, and I was soooo disappointed for $33. I expected it to be so much better. The picture I’ve attached is then I got home and unwrapped my ball burger. This was a sad meal and I will NEVER go back there.

I stopped for a burger and fries here on 8/3/23. I’ve had Five Guys many times before. I was in the middle of my work day, so I just jumped in the car to eat and drive. The burger was revolting! It smelled stale and fishy!! I couldn’t wait to stop to throw it away. I’ve never had a worse meal—even the fries smelled of stale oil. I’m never eating at Five Guys again.

Food is always good but regardless of when you say you’re picking up add another 5-10 minutes (depending on how busy it is) as it seems they don’t cook the fries until you get there. Weird policy but you do end up with fresh hot fries.

Five Guys is well… Five guys. This location is pretty hit or miss but I would tend more hit than miss but when it is a miss it is a miss. While waiting for my food I have had people come back and complain that there was no burger in the burger after then already got home which I have never seen from a burger place before so ….
