Exactly what Windsor needed: sushi! Visited for date night and had a couple of phenomenal sushi rolls and saki/saki martini. The Love You Long Time roll features several different fish blended well together without the carbs (riceless) and the Yum Yum roll was rich in flavor without too much tempura. Holly was a great server sharing a Colorado made saki and catering to a request for a non-alcoholic drink option. While short staffed, the food and drink were well worth any wait. A new gem in NoCo and I really hope it can survive the Windsor restaurant clicks.

If you’re looking for an amazing Asian Fusion restaurant, look no further. Windsor just got itself a rare gem! Yuzu offers a wide variety on their menu, which caters to everyone’s taste buds. They include sushi, Thai, Vietnamese, and the list goes on! Definitely check out their menu because you will not be disappointed. What I love about Yuzu is the passion that the owners pour into this restaurant. The experience I had goes far above and beyond any other dining experience I have ever had in Northern Colorado. Not only is their food top notch and makes you want to try everything on their menu, but you can tell how much the owners care about their staff, their customers, and their love for the Asian Fusion cuisine. Windsor has needed a restaurant like Yuzu for awhile. Please support this local family business so they can stay around for a very long time!

The red curry with chicken is a new dish, and it’s delicious. Perfectly cooked fresh veggies, moist chicken, and flavor packed curry, and you feel good after eating a meal like this. And to top it off you might get Eva as a server – she is awesome. But, Willie Nelson was blasting from the kitchen while something lower key was playing in the dining room. Not a great ambiance.

We’ve dined in twice and done take out twice. The experience was the same all four times. Excellent food. Very nice staff. But poor to very poor operations. They have not figured out how to manage their volumes and get food out to the customers in a reasonable time. They are always kind and apologetic but at some point they just have to get better. I’m really hoping that they do because they serve possibly the best sushi in all of Northern Colorado. Can’t wait to give them 5 stars!

I’m really surprised to see the poor reviews here. I came with two friends during happy hour. We ordered some sushi and I ordered yellow curry. It did come out as Tom kha but was totally amazing! Lots of veggies that were perfectly cooked and super tasty. We ordered to go and the rice and tofu where in a separate container than the soup. Nice touch! First time at an Asian restaurant where the tofu was not super soggy. My friends enjoyed their Sushi as well. Can’t wait to try some other dishes. Sorry there’s no photos. I ate it up so quick. But it was even lovely in the to go container.

Oh dang! Delicious sushi!! Definitely pricy, and definitely long wait times right now- long enough they comped our order. I will say, the quality of the food, (even for takeout!) was well worth what they charge and we are so excited to have amazing sushi here in Windsor! We will absolutely be back. It can’t be easy to open a restaurant during a pandemic, it’s a challenge during normal circumstances. If you want to try a brand new spot you need to be a bit forgiving. Wishing these guys lots of success!

My husband and decided to check Yuzu out for my birthday and we were so happy with our experience. The sushi was outstanding, so delicious the seafood was so fresh. We both kept saying “Oh my God this is so good!.” The cocktails were just as delicious, I got the pink elephant, a refreshing watermelon cocktail, and my husband got the sake on tap. We were a little hesitant about the sake on tap but once again pleasantly suprised. The employees were all so warm and welcoming and willing to offer any suggestion when we looked lost and they were all so attentive to our experience. I can not say enough positive things about Yuzu in Windsor, you have to go and check it out.

Yuzu delivers on great flavor, ambience, and location in Windsor is so great! The negative reviews of this place clearly haven’t eaten the curry or truly appreciate the gem that this place is in Windsor. Do you know how hard it is to find good Asian food in Weld County?? Nearly impossible. If you’re skeptical, get the Yellow Curry. It is phenomenal! Our new favorite curry place in all of Northern Colorado. Try it out, support this place, we need it to thrive and they are pushing hard to deliver a quality experience during truly one of the most difficult times in the hospitality industry.

Food was amazing. Ordered 4 different rolls (all without rice- great with accommodations!!), the shishito peppers and the crispy pork belly. Would have given it 5 stars if it hadn’t been for the terrible service. Ate outside which may have been part of the problem, but had to go find our server on three different occasions (brought out appetizers with no plates, napkins or utensils, said she was going to refill our waters and bring more napkins after food but never returned, and then again to finally get our bill).
