Came in as soon as they opened. So it was a quick process, no one was at the front counter to greet me or take my order so ordered on the screen. No fire sauce in the bin so had to ask for some sauce. Could do better in service.

Horrible attitude. Waited almost 20 minutes for food I paid $20 for and had added a bunch of extras too. Order was wrong and didn’t include any of the extras I paid for. Tried to get a refund. Manager said she couldn’t give me a refund????????? I asked them to remake the food and she had an attitude with me arguing with me about what extra cheese should look like. I was polite and kept calm the entire time. She was just not nice. and the girl in the window had a bad attitude too and hated her job. It may not be the most desirable job but when people are nice to you, be nice back to them. I said please and thank you about 10+ times to them and not did I hear one polite thing come out their mouths.

I enjoy Taco Bell, but I have been to some locations that have slow or bad service, but this location on Lake Street in Addison has good, friendly, and fast service, good food, and I drive out of my way to go there when I get a taste for Taco Bell. I also enjoy the Power Bowl, for my protien.

Went inside at 10 pm to get food, place was practically empty and yet they still took over 20 minutes to give us our food. I understand if it would’ve been busy but it wasn’t and turns out a worker “erased” our order? We were standing in there for 20 minutes waiting.

This Taco Bell, let me tell ya. IT. SLAPS. My 3am chalupas and cheesy Gordita crunch are exquisite. So perfectly crunchy and fresh. I can feel the love with every bite. The staff are great and professional. I look forward to my next visit here!
