Food is great and generous in portion size. Wait staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. The Margaritas are very good and a good selection of flavors. Prices are on par with most places but the value I think is better than most. Only complaint was the door buzzer mounted at head level when you opened the door was deafening. The music was also a bit loud for the number of people there at the time.

The only redeeming aspect of this restaurant was their margaritas, which earned them the one-star. Otherwise, I would say they deserve zero. First, we waited quite a long time for menus after being sat at our table. After finally ordering, we waited a long time for our appetizer (bean dip). After it came, we quickly noticed it was about 10% beans and 90% queso (not really what you would want when you order BEAN dip). We decided we were going to ask for a different one, in hopes of getting more beans, but no one ever came back to our table until they brought our meals. At that point, we said we would skip the appetizer and sent it back. The food was horrible. It did not taste anything like Mexican food, and I would have sent it back as well, but no one ever came back to ask us how our food was, so I reluctantly ate it. We were also never asked or offered refills on our drinks (not even waters). We were in the restaurant for almost an hour and a half, with the worst service ever. After horrible service and horrible food, we will not be back.

Very nice spot easy to find and get to. Has a 2 for 1 small margaritas on Sunday nights. You are served the traditional chips and salsa when you get to your table. The salsa has its moments when it is hot but it is very good. The service was pretty quick and friendly. A single size for the fajitas is plenty the price is a little high for the area but the food is really good quality.

The remodel definitely brought up the nostalgia factor. More often than not the owner is working and she is as genuine as it gets. She is fully invested in the community and actively helps with fundraisers for those in need.
