This is a great place for lunch! Everything was clean, everyone was friendly and the food was delicious. We had the Rueben and the Club. Both were amazing. The potato salad was also great. I would highly recommend you trying it for yourself.

I had a mobile take out order and there food portion was so ridiculously small and I spent over 31 dollars on my food. I ordered extra cheese dip which I did not get I only got a regular cheese dip (btw you have to pay extra for a larger cheese dip) and I asked for two pickle spears which I also did not get. There was no way my food was worth anywhere near $30. I am extremely disappointed. I will not be coming back to this restaurant anytime soon and I will be sharing my experience with local customers. This place has really gone downhill and they love to ration. It’s a shame I actually really use to love eating here

This is it. All the meat you get on a piece of soggy bread. Taste like something we used to make during desperate times in my younger days with a microwave cheese and store bought turkey. Definitely do not recommend this location. You would get a better bang for your buck going to firehouse or subway. First time every trying and last time. The fruit bowl was the best part.

The rampant incompetence of this location is astounding. This ordeal begins with their online ordering constantly being down. Furthermore, items online are marked not available at this location when they actually are (I know this because once the online system failed I ordered in person).

Ordered online. 2 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready I called and they said they didn’t have anyone to bring it out. In the lobby, 7 minutes after it was supposed to be ready they were “Finishing up”. In the lobby 14 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready “what kind of bread would you like?”. 10 minutes after that it’s still not ready. Turns out they had the wrong phone number, but once I’m inside the lobby, that is no longer an excuse.

if i could rate 0 stars i would. Go here if you want a half raw potato with no butter bc “they’re out of butter” to go along with your ham and cheese sandwich with no cheese and also burnt! So disappointing. If you’re coming from out of town, choose peppers. this mcallisters isn’t worth any money.

Who doesn’t love paying for a bowl of soup to go for them to only fill it up half way and maybe a cup worth. Could have made the drive home without a top and no risk of spillage so they waste money wrapping it up. Higher prices for them to swindle you. I will definitely be looking at every order before I drive off from now on. Pitiful a company like this can’t simply give you what you pay for. Nothing more but nothing less.

The experience and food weren’t BAD, just mediocre. The baked potato I ordered with “extra jalapenos” came out with less than 10 slices of jalapenos and the skin was just shy of burnt. The inside of the potato was fine, but I couldn’t even cut the skin with a fork to eat any of it. I used to enjoy McAlisters (in multiple cities, and ate at the original location in Oxford, MS often during college). Over the years, the quality of the food has gone downhill, and now it’s just another place we eat at only when there is something particular that we want from there.
