I’m a student and my school is a block from this dunkin, so this is the closest place for me to get breakfast on the go that’s decent but the problem is that they always mess up something. My order is consistent, sourdough breakfast sandwich with sweet pepper bacon and yellow American cheese, but they always manage to mess it up somehow. Either they don’t add the correct bacon, don’t add the correct cheese, or both. This time, I received the wrong cheese and and a lousy amount of pepper bacon. I don’t always have time to go and have them correct it. I just want a decent breakfast before class but they are always hit or miss on food.

My favorite Dunkin’! The staff here are always so sweet and efficient, even on their hardest days. The manager is amazing, he knows how to handle this fast paced restaurant very well. I am here practically every day and rarely have an issues with my order but if I do the team is quick to correct it for me. I love it here. ☕️

Anytime I’ve visited this location, no matter how very few to no people in the drive thru, I still have to wait to place my order. Then I’m not greeted properly by a cashier wearing a head scarf that’s not appropriate for the workplace. Then i have to listen to their personal conversations while i wait for my very simple order. Won’t be going to this location anymore.

A mess of a place. Handing dirty spilled cups inside a clean cup just because they spilled the coffee and then gives you a 3/4 of a medium coffee. They are not organized at all! Two people that came and ordered after me left the store before me and I just ordered a coffee.

This is hands down the best dunkin! The manager is so friendly and personable… just like the staff! They gave me and my dog excellent customer service. Got my pumpkin spice latte and then some! Lol not pictured is the cup of whipped cream that Cheech already devoured. Not gonna lie, the people working at this dunkin truly made my day!
