My food has brunt bits, the “crunchy bits” are stale, hard and chewy not crunchy at all. The bao tasted fine but they are not at all fresh or quality. Overall the ordering experience was terrible. The machine didn’t work, the staff was not motivated to help, the counter isn’t staffed with a dedicated staff so a staff walking but gave me my food. WAY OVER PRICED.

For a place that advertises the ability to mix and match from multiple restaurants, be warned– if you actually do order from multiple restaurants, you’ll be waiting at least 40 minutes to pick up the food. And the quality is a little mediocre, even considering the fact that they have to cook for multiple different restaurants. I was quoted 15-20 minutes for my order and received it 45 minutes later.

I really like the convenience of Mix Food Hall. I generally order before I do my grocery shopping and by the time I’m done shopping my food is ready. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is I would like a little more variety on the menu and some items I found to be pricey. Overall the staff is pleasant and my order is always correct.

The concept of this is great but the execution is incredibly poor. We ordered from different “restaurants” while there and were given a 15min ETA. Ultimately, it took over 40mins for two bowls and a salad. If the timeline had been accurate and that long, that’s understandable, but it’s unacceptable to be that far past the ETA as the only order on the board. The food was exceedingly mediocre at best and not even remotely worth the cost given the small portions. The prepared foods right next to this place inside Kroger are a much better option all around. I really did want to like the idea but at least in its present state, it doesn’t work.

Ordered from MBeastburger. They had a cupon code for Bogo. It was $11 and some change. Now, this is the price for 1 double burger. It looked like my patties were cut in half to makea dbl. Even when I put the burgers side by side on the bun, they still did not fill out the entire bun. The buger had great flavor, but not worth the money if this is their regular size patties. They texted me to notify me that my order was ready. It took me 7 min to get to the mixfood hall, when I got there I stll had to wait 10 min for my food. . The idea of the food hall is great but so far, way over priced.

SLOW!!!!! Don’t do it if you are on a schedule and time is of the essence. I walked in on lunch break to order a salad to-go. I used the kiosk. The sign states allow up to 15min as items are made to order. I ordered at 12:22 ticket said pickup 12:37 and I had to be back at my office by 1pm for a meeting. I was handed my salad at 12:52. I was LATE for my meeting. Salad was good , fresh however service is SLOW and inconsiderate.

Always atleast 40 minute wait. Today 3 smoothies 45 minutes. No other orders on the board, they also ignore the bell for service. Sit down restaurant ends up being faster especially with the price here

The food is too expensive for what it is-fast food. And even the fast part didn’t happen. From when I placed my order, I was told it would be a 40 minute wait and it was still late by another almost 20 minutes. An hour wait for a hotdog and fries at those prices? No, I won’t waste my time or money here again.
