It all started from a mother who always loves Vietnamese cooking and it was this deep appreciation that gave her the idea to open a Vietnamese restaurant in her East Windsor community on Valentine’s Day of 2018. Today, Baguette Bistro becomes the place to go for deep bowls of authentic steaming Pho noodle soup (no MSG), delicious Spring rolls, Banh-Mi (French baguette sandwiches), Vermicelli, overflowing Rice dishes with veggies and meat, and organic bubble teas. The business managed to stay open during Covid-19 to serve local law enforcement, first responders and frontline workers. Baguette Bistro was recognized by Governor Murphy of NJ in 2020.

Blown away by the consistently fresh ingredients and delicious, authentic flavors!!!the large combination pho is AMAZING. The broth is rich and flavorful, and they give a generous amount of noodles and meat and super-fresh side veggies. Their special (S2) banh mi is SO good!!! Great pho, just as other reviews say. I am allergic to cilantro, and often I’m not taken seriously when I say no cilantro in my pho. They took me seriously and I was able to enjoy my soup without my face swelling up!

The food here is incredible. Best pho in EW! I can’t wait to come back. Our food came out very quickly and was extremely delicious. I ate the spring rolls so quickly that I forgot to take a picture of them, but you need to know that they were out of control delicious.

My family gets takeout from here often and every once in a while we dine in. The food is always delicious and the service is also good, you go up to the counter to order but they bring your food out and clean up afterwards. Their pho is the best around here, we love the broth! The portions are pretty large so you may get more than one meal out of it. There’s a lot to choose from and they’re pretty accommodating with modifications, so it’s a good variety of food.
