I usually try not to complain but I sent my daughters over for a Philly steak and fries and after a 40 minute wait they finally came home.all I wanted was a Philly with mayo lettuce tomato and onions which the receipt clearly stated.what I got was an onion sandwich with a little steak and nothing else.oh the fries were so soft I couldn’t shake them out of the cup. If they were even eatable I would have had to use a spoon. They have seen my last dime.get some new help or close the doors!

Pretty good Penn Station franchise location. The floors near the drink system are incredibly slippery, so be safe walking to it. Also the Diet Mt Dew service didn’t work. I believe if you order a medium fries they give you fewer than what the cup itself would hold, but they were really good. I think Five Guys has spoiled us all on fry count.

We ordered 2 sandwiches and both sandwiches were botched. One was supposed to not have cheese and the other was not to have lettuce or tomato. Both sandwiches had the ingredients we didn’t want. When we addressed the worker in the black shirt and offered it back, she didn’t say anything and grabbed the sandwich back in an angrily manner and walked away with a sassy manner.

Never get a bad meal here & the staff is friendly. I had the steak & cheese and my husband had the chicken cordon bleu sub. We both had a chocolate chip cookie–although I had to eat mine later because I was so full. The french fries are amazing, too, especially with a little malt vinegar. Highly recommend!

Service was fast, and the food was fresh. I only ordered a large order of fries from here today but my order was taken right away and my fries were put in the frier right after I ordered. The employees were friendly and I was quickly in and out. I’ve eaten at this Penn Station many times when I lived in St. Albans and the food was always good. Definitely recommend them.
