We went for our anniversary and it did not disappoint! Amazing farm to table fare in a cozy atmosphere. The smoked pastrami platter was delicious, and both our meals were on point in terms of presentation and flavor. We’ll be back for sure!

My wife and I are huge restaurant fans and always looking to support the smaller Locally Owned Restaurant Owners. We met Liz & Jayme, the owners, at another great place and decided to try them for our friends 30th Birthday!!! She saved us a table near the Chefs…..it was awesome to watch. The food was absolutely the BEST we’ve had in Texas in the last year!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend KINDLING for a Birthday or Anniversary…..and try to reserve a Chefs Table.

Unexpectedly found this place and decided to try it. The staff are really nice, but the crowd they attract is not very diverse. We got stared at a lot which made our dining experience quite annoying.

This was one of the best meals I’ve had in a while! Their seafood is some of the best I’ve had in Texas. Crab cakes were delicious and well portioned. Not pictured, but wine selection was great and generous pours. My husband got sipping tequila and thought they had some nice options. The ribeye and lobster were delicious. My highlight was the scallops that were perfectly cooked – literally bouncy. Great quality and the fish was really fresh. Get the dessert!! Portions are generous – we have leftovers to enjoy! Really enjoyed Kindling Texas Kitchen.

Oh my! This restaurant by far has the best food. You won’t regret anything you choose. Everything we each chose to have for our entrees were spot on the wine selection was fantastic and dessert made us all testify OH MY GOD. Pecan bread pudding with home made ice cream my steak for dinner with lobster tail was by far the best cooked I’ve had in a long while. I have to say this is our new go to for a great dinner and time with those you love! Give it a try for yourself

The food was as amazing as everyone says and Ariel was lovely and helpful. The setting was cozy and charming. We had the sourdough service, pretzels & cheese, pork belly mac n cheese, braised beef & risotto, and pork chop. Some of the best food we’ve had in a while, from the seasonings, to the texture, nothing was missed.

Another trip around the sun for me and another great experience at Kindling. We loved enjoying a quick drink next door and headed over to meet the reservation time. I recommend making reservations through the restaurant venue website and not from the Google link. We were seated on time and our server greeted us and took drink order in a timely manner. We are on a calorie restriction and shared the meal, which wasn’t a problem for the kitchen. We ordered the baked mozzarella, wedge salad, pork belly Mac n’ cheese as a side and ribeye. All were outstanding!!! The mozzarella blew me away and couldn’t stop eating paired with their garlic bread. The salads were not brought out but we caught those in time and requested to not bring them out because we had plenty of food. Highly recommend for your next special event or just a weekend date night!
