If I could give this place zero stars I would! I avoid this location at all costs due to inconsistent hours, the order is always wrong/ missing things, and most of all the rude customer service! This location needs to be shut down ASAP, the employees don’t want to work anyways. They’re rude as hell, never have anything you want, and they lie about prices/ services. I have used tap pay multiple times at this location, but today I was told I needed to come inside & pay. I drove off & spent my money somewhere it’s appreciated. Due to terrible customer service I’m sure this location is losing revenue and customers daily! Poor management as well, definitely not qualified to run a fast food restaurant. I highly advise against coming to this location and spending your hard earned money unless you like being treated like an inconvenience/ getting whatever they feel like giving you. Do better, all the reviews are terrible it’s time for corporate to step in and do something!

They close at midnight. We pulled up shortly after 11. We attempted to order tenders, they had none. Attempted to order nuggets, they had none. Attempted to order mashed potatoes, they had none. Attempted to order a chicken sandwich, they didn’t have that either. At that point we passed on even trying to order here. Moral of the story they are supposedly open but have next to nothing available. Waste of time.

Food was normal as expected. Was very unhappy with the service of the staff. The gal on the drive thru was monotone and couldn’t hear her very well. At the window received no greeting. No thank you. Needs better service standards.

The service is always unfriendly here but the food used to make up for it. However, today might be my last day at this Popeye’s. I ordered chicken tenders, which is what I got last time, but this time they were much smaller (shrinkflation?) and they were so hard that some were actually inedible. I don’t know how they pass these rocks of breading as tenders.

I just left Popeyes and I order 3 blacken tenders mash potatoes and a sprite. The guy over charged me and gave me a 3piece white breast and wings with fries a burnt biscuit! No mash potatoes. He made sure to give me the wrong sauce too. IF anyone is wondering if I called?? Yes still on hold and it’s been 15 minutes and 12 seconds. CEDAR RATCHETED GOT TO DO BETTER. Really?!?

My husband and I ordered the 10 piece meal and two chicken sandwichs. It came to 48.00 something. They gave me no receipt. I asked for a senior discount. I was told I got my chicken cheap enough. I could not have a senior discount.
