The service here is not good, their policy is worse. Recently I stopped in to put gas in my truck and get some cash. While my pump was going I went in to use the ATM. I got some Morey (paid a fee which they no doubt profit from in rent) and asked for some change. I was told I can’t have change unless I buy something. Obviously gas, sodas, pizzas, ATM fees lottery tickets don’t count. I stopped my pump at less than half and drove to qt. Guess what happened when I asked for change? From their lottery policy about debit cards to poor food service to opening on time… It’s not one thing and it’s not the employees. It’s management. It’s no wonder we see the parking lot empty. Qt doesn’t have silly “POLICY”. Review after review. I’d suggest you learn about customer service before you alienate enough of your neighbors to not be here anymore… Sell before it’s late.

I love Casey’s pizza. Breakfast or regular pizza they always put plenty of toppings, so you get your moneys worth. This Cassey’s I was very disappointed. I don’t normally have this problem but 1 slice of pizza didn’t have cheese, sausage or red sauce on a portion of it. The whole pizza looked like they hurriedly slopped it together. Someone didn’t take pride in their work. I don’t live close to this Casey’s store so don’t know if this is normal for this location, but won’t be ordering from them again.

I love going here after work, but this morning the young lady refused to open the store on time. She was just counting cigarettes while I waited at the door. I don’t know when she finally opened, but I do know that by 6:07, I wasn’t the only customer who gave up and went to the QT down the road. I understand that things happen, but could she have not at least turned the pumps on so I could get gas?

Worst Casey’s in Kansas . Nothing but zombies work here . The ladies can’t stop moving her head wobbles like a bobble head. No one has people skills . The sun sandwich station hasn’t been since Covid . This is horrible

Casey’s is always clean and well stocked. The gas pumps are clean. The staff is polite, quick and friendly. The pizza is very good. They also have an excellent breakfast pizza, donuts and breakfast sandwiches as well as muffins. Be certain to download the app for rewards points and special deals.

Having stopped going to this store because of poor customer service and lackbof quality food, I thought I would give them an opportunity to redeem themselves since they were on the way home, why drive to the moonlight store… wrong choice! What was supposed to take 20 mins to pick up a pizza took an hour… they hadn’t even started it when we arrived to pick it up. Why you ask, because they had a huge order come in 30 seconds before mine!!! 1 pizza makes no difference in time on a huge order but a huge order makes a big difference on 1 pizza. Makes zero sense to me…. I understand the personnel issues we are having and I am very patient but this is just poor time management. I could have had one delivered from the other store in less time.

I have tried this location 3 times. It’s a convenient distance from my job. All three times there havent been any lunch items in their cabinet. I love Casey’s pizza. How can you not have food in your warmer at lunch time? I’m talking 12 noon. Four people in the kitchen huddled over the one cheese pizza that they are cutting so the three people standing there waiting can have some lunch.
