Super unhealthy. We called two beef noodle soup. The broth has 1/3 inches of fat floating on top. And may be it is not enough, the chef includes tons of cow fat. Lack accompanying seasoning like sate. It take too long to serve food. In our experience, this is a below-average restaurant.

Don’t have Pho very often, but I love all kinds of food and this place certainly didn’t disappoint my taste buds. I do recommend their appetizer shrimp rolls, they’re crispy and tasty. My server told me the Brisket Pho was the best selling and it was absolutely delicious! The service was okay, I did feel a little rushed in the beginning. Not bad at all though especially for a new place, which is why I’m leaving it with four stars. A big welcome to the twinbrook shopping center guys, keep it up!

We visit Virginia a few times a year to see family. Everytime we go, we make an effort to visit Pho Saigon. The pho is the best we’ve had in several states. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff have always been courteous and friendly. I can’t recommend this place enough and I know if we lived closer, we would be there weekly.

Some of the best Pho we have had! Our 1yr old even eats it 🙂 The portions are larger and more generous than we get at other Pho restaurants. Everyone that works here is super nice and they treat us like family. We also recommend the Bahn Mi Grilled Pork Sandwiches, as well as the Summer Roll and Winter Roll. Wish we could give more than just 5 stars.
