I ordered a all meat pizza for my husbands birthday lunch today…the WORST all meat pizza we have ever ordered from Pizza Hut. I called and ask for the manager and the woman who answered the phone gave me her name twice and I ask again are you the manager and she said yes. I told her the all meat pizza ordered was the WORST pizza we have ever ordered from Pizza Hut. She offered a replacement and I told her no way the first pizza was awful why would we want a replacement pizza??? ! The manager was in no way a customer service oriented person she was RUDE! No way will we order from Pizza Hut again! Pretty sad the CUSTOMER SERVICE Pizza Hut is providing customers are not important to this Pizza Hut!
