My family gets food from here every week, and we have become recognizable by the staff. Even though this location is often short-staffed, all staff members are friendly and working their hardest to complete a large volume of orders. We really appreciate the attention they regularly give our large orders and kindness during particularly high volume times. The food is always prepared correctly and in quality form. We are always pleased with our service here, which is why we return weekly.

I ordered online and my food was not ready. Then the woman server helping me was rude and sloppy. She wasn’t reading my order and when I corrected her, she got mad and was flopping the food in the bowl. She needs to find a new job, obviously doesn’t like what she is doing.

I used to eat here regularly because chipotle, when done right, is affordable and good food. I am not exaggerating when I say 50% of the time they either screw up or forget my mobile order. I am honestly blown away at the mismanagement of this specific location. How do you put the wrong order in the wrong bag? How do you forget to make an order? And how do you those mistakes keep happening weekly? I’m giving up on this location.

Save your money and your time and go to any other chipotle location. The service is beyond slow absolutely terrible and everyone there hates their job. They make the food very sloppy and very small portions. .I will make sure to never come to this location again.

The staff on my visit seemed to not care about any guests. They were to busy on their phones or stocking while there was a line of 5 or 6 people. Only one of the 4 employees I saw working were even helping the guests.

Don’t waste your time at this location . The staff just stands around while one person does the entire line . They also are super greedy with the portions here and it’s not that there aren’t workers there they just aren’t working or willing to help guests even when there’s a line. Needs new management all they have going for them here is location and after having this experience now twice I’ll never return to this location . They were almost out of everything and instead of making more they just give you barely anything to not have to do anything . Lazy staff .

Used to frequent this location, however their service has gone downhill the past couple months. They always seem upset that someone is coming in, start closing as early as 7:30 when they put all the chairs up, and their portions have been quite off. The chicken has been flat out bad and they also don’t know how to roll burritos properly and use the foil to cover it, creating a big mess when opening. Used be a great location with former staff that were welcoming and great attitudes.
