Waited over 30 mins for a sub order placed online an HOUR prior to pickup. Needless to say, the B team was working. Only one guy making subs while everyone else stood around. What a mess. Had to cancel my order and skip lunch because I only get a 30 min break, of which I spent my ENTIRE LUNCH waiting for a sub. Absolutely ridiculous

Don’t get me wrong…I LOVE Jimmy John’s. I love this Jimmy John’s. They are (almost) always on point, and fast, like they advertise. I’m knocking a star off because when I received an unwich with visibly brown lettuce (on the exterior) and called to tell the manager, I got nothing but attitude. She (Kathy?) said that she was working the line and didn’t see any lettuce issues. When I offered to text her pictures she said that browning happens when air “hits” lettuce. I responded that lettuce was something that I bought weekly…she cut me off before I could finish and rudely stated, “ma’am I’ll replace it I’m just telling you what happens”. Wow.

I ordered my food already skeptical because I’ve never seen a Jimmy John’s in this area. About 15 minutes after I ordered they announced there would be a long wait due to a large online order. Then the woman taking the orders started telling people about the long wait… so obviously I ordered way before the online order. Finally after 25 more minutes they said someone’s order number. Wouldn’t you know it, it was a man who ordered 10 minutes after me. 42 minutes later… The sandwich wasn’t even good. Lucky im my own boss, because if I were on a lunch break I would have been screwed. I will absolutely NEVER return to this Jimmy John’s.

Great overall experience here. The restaurant is nice and clean and the staff I dealt with were very nice, polite, and pleasant. Order turnaround for lunch time was pretty remarkable. I’ve gone to other locations previously (first time at this one) and I give it a solid A+ all around.

Now I love Jimmy John’s…but attention to detail is key, especially you live farther than they deliver. Ordered two subs. Specifically one without sauce of any kind. It was on the receipt and written on the sub wrap…no sauce. I get home and hand the sub proudly to my no sauce spouse and what’s on the sub? SAUCE. What does it take to get accurate, reliable service when you are literally the only customer in the store? Very disappointed

Limited menu, only cold subs. Honestly only have heard of the franchise in the past year or so. Liked them for a while because you could expect fast delivery and good service. As of late, you can expect misorders and incompetence. Maybe they can deliver on time, maybe they won’t. Maybe their phone app will work as expected, maybe it won’t. Don’t expect them to cut the sub in half. Roll the dice.
