This a cool little joint, it definitely has that mom n pop vib, staff was very friendly! I originally went for breakfast, but one I wasn’t paying attention to the time and two I assumed breakfast ended at 11 am, but it ended at 10:30 am. But, my waitress suggest I try their breakfast burger, and man, it was amazing! It had everything! Hamburger, sausage, bacon, egg, cheese and even hash browns! Definitely gotta stop again and explore some other options on their menu!

It’s an absolutely beautiful little dinner. Rustic atmosphere and the staff is always super friendly. And the food is fantastic. You get a good amount of food for the price. Eat at the Whistle Stop and you’ll leave satisfied in more than one way…..a full stomach and happy taste buds, and a feel of connection with the community.

Horrid food. Opted for a pork dinner. It was nothing more than overly salted slop. When the plate arrived at the table you couldn’t discern where anything was on the plate due to the gravy. Everything was drowning in a gravy that had no discernable flavor due to the volume of salt. Even the corn was covered in gravy. If I wanted a pork commercial, I would have ordered that option…. what a disgusting waste of money.
