Used Grub Hub to deliver, however once receiving our food and more then several bites in……a long strand of black hair was stuck in the middle of the steamed rice of my order of teriyaki chicken! Called to speak to the manager and was told not there and that the issue had to be dealt with Grub Hub! Our office ordered almost $100 worth of food and got the brush off from the Best Teriyaki! No one wanted to finish their food and was disgusted! Waste of food and money!! Never ordering from them again! Or using Grub Hub…..their customer service sucks just as much this place did!

My man suggested this place as a quick bite to eat. The food is good but needs more beverage selection!

It’s a small place, but I’m gonna tell you, have been tried to eat some good teriyaki, i used to eat while living in Kirkland, WA, and couldn’t find anything around. So i said I’m going to try the next one. It’s as I remember the taste i used to love.

Food is expensive especially for the quality, egg drop soup was not good, vegetables were still raw, steamed vegetables were not steamed, but what was I thinking going to a teriyaki restaurant with Mexicans owning and cooking, I am also Mexican, but I wanted teriyaki not the Mexican version of teriyaki, horrible experience, if there was a option for negative stars for the rating, that’s what I would have given it, don’t eat at best teriyaki.

We ordered soup two entrees and steamed vegetables and all of the vegetables we’re not even cooked. Very disappointed and do not recommend this restaurant to anybody.

We love this location but I fear the state of the US economy is really effecting small restaurants like this one- because its probably difficult to get all the ingredients they need for their recipes, and their cost is also much higher to get those ingredients. Not really anything the restaurant has control over. This visit which we normally pay just over $35 for, cost $47. We ordered 1 Beef Broccoli, 1 Sweet/Sour Chicken and 2 eggrolls. When husband arrived to pickup, it was hot & fresh cooked as always. Tasty Sweet Sour Chicken, plenty of rice on side and Egg Rolls were steamy hot inside. Server was nice and provided my husband with a little homemade hot mustard to go with his eggrolls, (which is hard to find at any of the other Asian restaurants in the area). The Beef Broccoli unfortunately was kind of a miss this time. It had a good selection of veggies and the meat was tender & plentiful but there was ZERO gravy or sauce and the dish was dry without flavor. Usually it has a brown sauce/thickened broth that kinda coats everything and seasons the meat & veggies, so I’m going to say they must have been out of the ingredients for that part. Having said that— the people at this location are ALWAYS really enthusiastically happy to serve you. Its a great location on main road. Don’t let the construction scare you, there are several driveway entrances on all sides of the parking lot, and more parking spaces that it looks. The only thing needed to help this small business, is repeat business from the neighborhood. They depend on our purchases to stay open- Be kind and come back as often as you can!

I’m giving it a 2 because the teriyaki chicken and fried rice was good along with the proportions. The orange chicken and chow mein was disgusting. I had such high hopes for this place, but it didn’t end up that way. The chow mein tasted like they drowned it in ketchup and the orange chicken was super runny & mushy. Literally paid $64.00 for 4 plates and more than half of the food went in the rubbish.

First time eating there and it was great. Price was a little high when I was ordering but after I got my food, you get your moneys worth and some more.

They tried to charge me $32 for two items that were priced at 21 on the menu. When I was trying to ask why she said that she’s too busy and I can just pay for it if I want it. I guess she pockets the extra $10 off people who aren’t paying attention. I left the 2 items and got a call back saying to pick it up. I said I’d pick it up for the price on the menu. She said well it’s an old menu or you have the wrong restaurant. I hung up. 0 stars .

They have always had the best food! Their portions are HUGE, the food tastes amazing, the people are friendly, and they aren’t over priced. It’s my favorite place in the neighborhood!
