I stopped in looking for a late breakfast/brunch. I got the breakfast burrito and some coffee. My wife got a grilled cheese and tomato soup. Everything tasted great and staff was very friendly and everything is priced fairly.

This place was absolutely delicious. We are in trouble because we can walk there. The waffle had an amazing flavor and was light and airy. The bacon was crisp. It is much larger than what you would think looking from the outside. We highly recommend.

Went for the first time with my Dad, and the food was excellent! And a large choice of menu items for breakfast and lunch. This alone is five stars. Our server was friendly and attentive. Parking can be a bit tricky on the street, but you can park in the giant eagle parking lot and walk across. The only deterrent was another server – my Dad was looking for some more coffee and he asked her if he could get another cup as our server was busy, and she said in a pretty rude tone while walking by and not looking up, “in a minute”, and then never came back. I felt really embarrassed by it. Otherwise everything was great.

When you walk in the place almost has a diner feel to it. No frills nothing fancy just good homestyle cooked food.This place has amazing breakfast. Very reasonable prices and nice portion sizes. The only negative about the food was the orange juice tasted like tang or some other cheap concentrate. The service was moderate. The food came out slow, not to the point where I wanted to walk out, but it was still about 25 minutes after we ordered. The server was very nice and attentive. Gave great suggestions and kept our drinks refreshed. I will be back to enjoy another breakfast soon!

The service was nice and friendly. There was 5 of us first time 1030 they were out of all potato options only progeys.. which were overcooked along with several other items, made 9 mistake with the food on the entire order of five of us most of it was fixed some weren’t due out of items.

The pancakes were dry and gritty and tasted like baking soda. The sausage was cold. The home fries were soggy cold and tasted like cooking oil. The coffee was old and burnt tasting. I hate to say this as I used to love the food here so hopefully it was a one off issue.

First time trying The Crack’d Egg this morning, and it was fantastic! The food was great, the prices were good, good coffee, lots of menu items to choose from and a nice atmosphere. I would certainly recommend to anyone to try them. Plus, ex-governor Wolf is banned from eating there, so that is a big + in book!
