That’s for a second time i encounter akansha. Hopefully thats really her name. I’ll tell you what, She needs proper training on how to respectfully take an order and add it in system without rushing a customer as though am slow, or dont know what i want. Very rude both time. The Store was Almost close no one behind me but rushing to get me out there. Asked for meat well done, she didnt add it in menu.

I really want to like this place. The cheesesteaks are great. The fries are great. Delivery, when it arrived, was quick. However, after two orders in a row with incorrect sandwiches and missing items, and then tonight, an order which was placed and then cancelled with an instruction to call the store for more information, I can no longer recommend this location. The store has hung up on me four times in a row. Really disappointing.

Honestly! Probably one of the best food experiences I’ve had at a a Charley’s in YEARS! Not only was the food hot, fresh and tasty but they didn’t skip on portions and the presentation made you want to order more. My fries were hot and fresh as well! Even my strawberry lemonade tasted better from here! I don’t mind riding over for this!!!

Always check your food before leaving, sadly my chicken California was missing the ranch sauce in it. Also, my coworker’s sandwich was missing the mushrooms she ordered. Sandwich was prepped fresh but it tasted bland without the sauce.

This restaurant is wonderful. I accidentally got onions and green peppers on my Sandwich food allergy. I went back and Mr Ali made me a New Sandwich and gave me a drink and waiting. Love this place
