Someone needs to tear down that drive through because I left more stressed than I was when I arrived. Messed up my order and then pretty much said “so what” then ignored us in the drive through. Also the lady had an extremely rude tone. It’s the audacity for me. We tipped them too. Which they are actually not allowed to take. And then they had the nerve to be rude. Never giving my money to these filthy hooligans in hats again. Buy a frozen burrito. Staring at the microwave will save you more brain cells than trying to deal with the employees .

Customer for life. Manager on duty explained they are not able to see when digital orders are supposed to be made in the future and remade my whole meal because it had been sitting for awhile. Super sweet to go through the trouble. Appreciate your kindness, it made my day.

I watched the staff for 20 minutes mess around in the back before making anything. I ordered 10 regular taco. I waited 30 minutes till they started making them. There was on person doing work while everyone else stood around. This was the shift at 9:30pm on Dec 18th 2022. Horrible service and also made me come inside to put my order in. No drive though. Never coming to this location ever. Oh by the way. Was the dirtiest cooking area ever

Was at this location about half hour ago. The service sucked. It looks as if the young lady is being trained at the drive thru yet was rude. Didn’t bother asking for any sauce. I’m sorry I didn’t want my drink last minute. Why hire these people especially when we’re paying for our food. The food was cold too. That’s all.

Went last night before they closed. Cute guy working the drive thru… sucks they dont have breakfast items available like many other fast food chains do. Its really not hard to do breakfast and lunch. I would go back for the cute guys. Food is ok.

Routinely the worst place to do a mobile order. I cannot remember if we received our order in time here, ever. That I can recall, I’ve seen no one move with expediency. The food is standard Taco Bell fare; it’s fine. Better when they have nacho fries. The stars are for the food.

This is the second time in two weeks that I have gone to this Taco Bell and I’ve had the same problem both times – the food is served COLD. Last time it literally felt like it was straight out the freezer. Have you ever heated up frozen food in the microwave, took a bite, and got that stiff, cold, put it back in the microwave asap kinda bite? The kind that makes you second guess if you even still want to eat it. Well that’s how this Taco Bell serves their food. I really hoped the last time was a fluke but tonight I had the same issue. It wasn’t as frozen as the last time but it was cold to the touch – and I don’t mean not hot/room temperate feel, I mean actually refrigerator cold. I should not have to heat up every meal I get. It’s entirely unacceptable. I have no idea what they are doing or why they consistently serve cold food but I officially will not return to this location. I hope y’all clean up your act!
