Ordered pizza from the app. Picked up at portal but one pizza was missing. Didn’t realize until we got home. Called and asked for a refund on the one we did not get and they said no because it wasn’t their fault. They said we could come back and get the 40 minute old pizza. Poor business and sorry management. Lost a customer forever over $7.

Little Caesars is no longer hot and ready like it used to be.. every time I’ve gotten a pizza in the last good while I’ve had to wait 10 minutes.. also they need to make the pizza pie a little thicker the crust is thick, but the area where the toppings go is very iffy and someplace is paper thin. I have had to fold over every piece of pizza. I have eaten from this one pie because it falls apart..
