I ordered 8 tacos it was like $30 dollars. They were not great. Tripas we’re over cooked really hard to chew… tortillas were hell of hard not warm up at all…. It was disappointing. Never again. I do not recommended.

This place definitely is one of the places to go for Quesabirra Tacos. I cannot review the entirety of the menu as I’ve only tried the Quesabirra Tacos, Asada Burrito, Asada Tacos. So this review will only be based on that & the business. For starters, it’s open 24/7 so definitely coming back home from out of town and stopping by Chalios is always the best. The Quesabirra tacos have been consistently served hot, with consommé, and a half lemon. Flavor is definitely always apparent with every bite and it’s just an enjoyable experience being able to sit there, kitchen in view and listening to the music they have playing in the background. I tend to do late night trips so I can’t say how it is during the day but if you find yourself here late at night definitely park as close as possible to the front door. It’s not in a sketchy area but there isn’t a lot of lighting outside so it would definitely be best to park close.

I had the quezabirria tacos, and they were very good. They had a generous amount of beef and cheese. The person that took our order was very nice and the food was prepared in a timely manner. The 3 star rating was because there is no real service like at a restaurant. The business was clean but take a jacket. It was a bit chilly with the ceiling fans on.

I usually goto the Hanford location (at least weekly)because I live closer but I happened to be in Selma and saw that they had a new location here. I typically get adobada and cabeza. They didn’t have adobada so I just got cabeza. Big disappointment today. The meat and tortillas were dry. The meat over cooked and they didn’t clean the tongue well enough. There was huge pieces of thick skin. I asked for onions and jalapeños and the onions were uncooked and bland. The location itself was much nicer than the Hanford location and some of their other locations but the quality of food was not it.

Got my breakfast burrito from here and it literally looks like they got everything together and threw it in the burrito. The burrito was literally wrapped like a taco and everything spilled out. Didn’t look pleasing to eat at all

First timer . Absolutely delicious. Got asada fries for me and husband got their 3 for $10 quesabirria tacos . And sides of beans and rice . Flavors are amazing and portions sizes are awesome. Most definitely gained a regular.

As far as I know this place has one of the freshest food in Selma. The Lengua here is amazing. The prices are very reasonable and the best part is that they are open 24-7 me and Family will definitely be back again.
