We bought one large pepperoni pizza from Pizza Hut to eat for dinner. The pizza did not taste good and tasted slightly undercooked. Alongside that, my husband got food poisoning was up for hours in the middle of the night from it. Would not recommend eating here.

Oredered ahead because I was on a tight schedule. When I got there food was ready but the order was wrong, they forgot the toppings on one of my pizzas. I told them and the girl at the counter insisted I did not order toppings until she checjed the receipt and realized she was wrong. When I asked them to fix it they seemed botherd that I asked them to fix it rather than take what they gave me. After waiting for them to fix their mistake and receiving my pizza the lady carelessly took it out of the warmer like she was handling a dumbell. I think they were angry at me because they messed up my order.

This Pizza Hut is very hit & miss. Sometimes the pizza is made great but most of the times it’s made very lazily to the point where some of the pieces barely have any sauce & cheese. This most recent time they even forgot to put our sauce for our breadsticks in the box. It’s very frustrating never knowing if you’re gonna get a good one or not.

I ordered on DoorDash. Took about 20 minutes. It was made and delivered fast. I also ordered subway so it could have been delivered in 15 minutes from the time I ordered to the time they rang the door bell. Great pizza!!! Amazing wings!! Thank you guys. Back in Florida it takes 60 minutes on a fast day.

I called to order they didn’t answer first few times, then when they answer they put me on hold and never got back to me, after about 15 mins I hung up. I went there myself to order a supreme. After I placed order it was nearly 45 minutes til my order was ready. Horrible service, but pizza is good. Nice clean area inside but service was slow. I suggest you don’t call. Just come yourself and expect to wait some time.

I understand being short staffed and busy but the customer service is trash. There is already no where to eat here on base and they answer the phone and hang it up. Rude! Then when I call back they tell me the wait times to get the food will be an hour that’s fine i don’t mind I’m told they will take my order and ask me to hold. I’m on hold for 25 minutes I finally hang up and call back a different person answers and tells me they are not taking anymore orders for the day .. when I tell her I was just told my order would be taken and I was on hold for 20 minutes she says well idk who would have done that and refuses to take my order.

On base at Fort Irwin, there are several places that serve pizza and wings. This one provides very consistent menu options. There are monthly food promotions, and you can use the app to order ahead. It is wise to order ahead, as Pizza Hut on post gets busy fast at lunch time.
