This place has pretty great food! Got a double cheeseburger with bacon and the quality of the bacon was top notch. You got two strips that are long and thick and taste great. Also get a nice thick patty that is substantial. Honestly will only get a single next time because the patties are so big. Also had nice fresh toppings and when you ask for pickles you get a lot, not two measly little pickles like some places. Onion rings are decent too. Nothing to rave about, but will satisfy the onion ring craving.

The owners rude comments outweigh the good food. Also owner only wears one glove while preparing food and handling the register. I just watched him put veggies on a burger with that un-gloved, cash register touching hand.

Not ever going back … a counter service employee insulted my wife because she asked for a side of Mayonnaise… arguing that she didn’t need it … even raised his voice after she left … he wouldn’t come up when I approached him … cowardly… he had a bandaged arm likely from the last customer he insulted !! Packed up our non Juicy burgers and left !! Very Getto location !! Wouldn’t take my dog to this location !!

Owner Rocco is abusive to customers and staff….the reviews were so bad he petitioned his yelp to be removed. I have seen him come over the counter and confront an elderly gentleman over a ketchup packet. DONT buy the salsa, heard its unhealthy.

An awesome carnivore experience. I have a new favorite restaurant. Real beef, tomatoes on the burgers, real bacon for bacon burgers, onions in the onion rings, not bits! Oh and not to forget, strawberries in the shake. The taste was delicious! Oh and flame grilled burgers, perfect!

I had been craving a hole in the wall, non mainstream, bomb burger spot; they nailed it. Quaint place with excellent food and friendly staff. Recommend for lunch and will be going again.

Not a relaxing place to eat food is great but don’t sit down to eat here manager is just flat out rude as hell other employees are very nice and personal it’s sad to I love eating here but it’s hard to say I will ever come back.

One of the worst places to eat ever in Reno…I asked if there was a key to the bathroom and the owner said yeah but you had to order first and after I ordered food he didn’t even give me a key and the bathroom door was suddenly unlocked…I had a burger but they didn’t give me a side of fries after ordering the meal and the owner rudely said” I told you that you had to get the separately” which he didn’t mention at all….overall the food was horrible and the customer service is even more disgusting I would not recommend eating there
