Ordered delivery for the volunteers at an event and they sent me deep dish pizzas instead of pepperoni cheese breads. I took pictures AND kept the food (couldn’t deal with it right then) and called back 2 days later to ask they remake or refund that portion of the order (again, still have the food to return for proof) and they wouldn’t fix the order or refund. All because I couldn’t/wouldn’t leave my event to call them right then to complain. Will never order there again.

Cheesy bread was delicious n my daughter did say the pizza was really good. Both were hot and fresh. The cashier forgot my napkins n sauce he also was lacking in personality. They don’t use gloves at little Caesars either which will cause me to not go there again.

I placed a large order a day in advance. I got an email that my order was ready and headed over to get it. When I got there none of my pizzas were ready and I had guests arriving at my house ready to eat. I had to wait over 45 minutes in line and for them to make my order while I was there. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

Called in at 504. I ordered one pizza and crazy bread. They said thank you 10-15 minutes, 45mins later still waiting and others are coming in and being given the hot and ready so unprofessional. Oh yea and now they’ve cleared out the whole store that was here when I got here 20 minutes ago. I hardly ever post reviews but this is ridiculous… 550 still here still writing smh ♀️

She then took the time to take my order and ensured I received it quickly. She made me feel welcome, as I was not expecting this exceptional service.
