I was so disappointed, I waited 13 mins for fresh pizza.. Cause that’s what I asked them for, so I had no problem waiting.. When I got home one pizza was fresh and the other pizza was cold and greasy and looked like it was sitting for a while..

I placed an order for 20 pizzas for a Saturday, and even called two days before to confirm they’d be available, which they said they would be. Day of, no order was placed on the system. Then the employee had the attitude to tell me that it was best to talk to a manager WHEN THE MANAGER’S NUMBER GOES DIRECTLY TO VOICEMAIL!!! I’m usually pretty patient but this was incompetence at its finest. Didn’t even apologize for the mix up. I feel sorry for retail workers having to put up with so much but this was a sorry showing on their part all around.

I don’t know why little Caesar stores do not answer their phones. It happened on Morgan and now it is happening on Sunshine. I guess they don’t care enough about their customers to look into it or fix the issue. The reason I need to call is to ask for half pepperoni and half cheese since the app doesn’t allow that option.
