I just wanted to give a shout out to the awesome waitress that waited on us the other night.. you were great and we think you deserve the credit (especially when she was LITERALLY the only waitress there) —she did a phenomenal job … we understand that workers are hard to come by but GOOD workers are few and far between; so again THANK YOU.. Our waitress was awesome, she and the manager checked in on us regularly and were very friendly. AND, they have the Impossible burger! I’ve had disappointing impossible burgers before, but this one was well prepared and delicious. Great atmosphere, good food, and friendly staff!

Red Robin has always been the best place to go for sit down meals. Today, Laisha went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our dining experience. Her caring personality while the restaurant was super busy was top tier. She deserves a raise. Great food, Great staff, Great atmosphere; I will definitely be back with my family again.

I recently went to the Red Robin’s at the Rockingham Park Mall location in Salem, NH. I found the server to be nice. When my food came it was presented well (I didn’t see the impossible flag on my burger). The drink I ordered was not presented well. I got the signature margarita and the salt that was supposed to be on the rim was all around the cup and falling onto the table. The desert was good but I never got utensils as my desert was to go (unsure if I need to request this but was never asked).

My husband got the monster burger and one patty was raw and the other over cooked. He ordered no tomato and onion it came with both on it. Tower of donuts is really bussin though! Hit of miss… Ordered sweet potato fries, they were out still got charged for them though.

I got the new scorpion Burger and it wasn’t spicy at all but definitely quality of meat was very very good the garlic fries were great mozzarella sticks were nice and crunchy and the buffalo chicken wings were very good I’ll definitely be coming back and trying other things

The loaded fries, garlic fries and bacon cheese fonduenwere good. The burger not so much. The A1 sauce flavor pretty much overpowered everything else. The service was good as well.

The place was empty, I had a Cobb salad which was good, my Husband had a wrap said there was not much meat in it all lettuce the other person with our party had a frappe and small salad. Waitress was very nice

While we waited for the people infront of us to be seated we noticed a male employee whatching from the back. We moved foward as they seated the people, then the guy walked over to the employee told her something and the she walk over to the front. At this point we where told ” where closing in like 25 min soooooo……” and nothing after. My husband and I looked at each other and said ok thanx. We know when someone is not wanted. Also online it says there open until 10pm on Saturdays it wasnt even 9 yet. As we walked away I looked back and noticed more customers walking in. I watched as the talked to them and then gave them menues. I don’t understand why we where sent away but they where seated and the people in front of us where seated as well. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. And we didnt even make it pass the entrance.
