The Gilded Acorn provides specialness and exclusivity to its guests, much in the same way a squirrel tucks away caches of acorns to be found later and feasted on when the leaves have all fallen and these decadent underground caches are relied upon. A beautifully unique and iconic space for culture and luxury, the Gilded Acorn embodies the soul of a French patisserie. Located in the heart of the historic First National Center, it is the perfect place to indulge in conversation and excellent food.

What an amazing accident. Explored the Underground Tunnels, exited at First National Center and as we were exiting we saw this eatery-patisserie. I ordered the Prime Benedict, and the wife ordered the Smoked Benedict. The food was so rich and delicious!!! It needs to be rated slowly to appreciate the variety of flavors. My wife loves hers too and she had it with a London Fog tea (amazing by the way).

What a delightful little gem downtown!! I didn’t even know it existed until a friend of mine invited me out for breakfast. It’s cute, quaint, the atmosphere is wonderful and the food is absolutely delicious. The desserts looked fake they were so perfect. Looking forward to stopping in again soon!!

Stopped here for lunch on a road trip through Oklahoma City – the sandwiches were delicious and we got this dessert and some macaroons -loved them all! Bonus is its inside this old historic building that used to be a bank -saw a little history on one quick stop. Service was great highly recommend

This place was so elegant and delicious. It was an unexpected surprise in downtown. Stopped by for a quick snack and fell in love with the service, the ambience, and the food. Will definitely be back to try more items on the menu. It’s definitely a great place for coffee and tea, with some gluten-free food options.

I stumbled upon this place, looking for places walking distance to the Sheraton. This patisserie/coffee shop has a wonderful vibe and beautifully decorated. Their selection of pastries is expansive, and has something for everyone. The chocolate eclair is divine, decadent, and the perfect amount of chocolate!

I haven’t actually sat down and had lunch yet but I definitely know where to take my BFF next time she comes to visit. It’s a bit on the pricey side but the cruffin (croissant-muffin) are a great price ($5.50) for the size it is! Highly recommend the dark chocolate rum one. I’ve gone there at least 3x in the past 2 weeks and everyone is very friendly and professional.

Nice little lunch spot and a great place to get a cup of pumpkin chai tea or a beautiful French dessert. The service here is excellent and the vibe is both elegant and casual. Sandwiches are very substantial and come with beautiful sides of fruit. The pastries looked delicious and I wish I could have tried them all, but I went for the Mouse, a signature of the Gilded Acorn. It is a rich, dark, chocolatey concoction that will satisfy every sweet tooth out there.

Cruffin? Qu’est-ce que c’est? Ordered one to find out. Chocolate interior was rich and velvetty. The texture though was reflective of it having sat most of the day so a tad of a letdown. I am sure though that if purchased when freshly made, the texture would’ve been amazing.
