My colleague and i were on business and find this place. Super delicious and authentic Italian sicilian food. We were served freshly baked bread. For thee appetizer, we had calamari. It had calamari, zucchini, shrimp and mussels. Fantastic marinara sauce. I had the squid ink seafood fettuccine paired with a nice Riesling.

Italian restaurant off Hollywood blvd. Nice relaxed atmosphere music from italian American 1950s playing. Booths and tables as well as bar seating. Staff friendly felt like family. Food amazing. Fresh warm bread brought to table. Red sauce was great. And dessert was wonderful.

It may be an unsettling location but, the food is the best I have ever tasted in my life so far. I have been to New York and tried food their and this is the best and I truly mean it. The interior is very peaceful and tranquil. If it is your first time at an authentic fancy Italian restaurant then it may seen odd how they brush down your table or how nice they are. It all contributes to the overall feeling of the place. I included some pictures of the food. Creme brulee is it.

We just went there yesterday. Great place. Family owned and run. The waiter was genuinely interested in us having a good time. I even asked for the item that was not on the menu and he said if it wasn’t for a busy night they would make it for me. Portions are generous.

Everything there is scratch made cooked to order with love. They even have an open kitchen in the back where you can see everything with transparency. I had the spaghetti Bolognese which was flavorful, hot and messy. I recommend wearing a bib for this dish. I really like this restaurant

My visit for my pickup order was very warm and welcoming. Although when I went two minutes to enjoy my tortellini pasta I come to find that the food wasn’t so enjoyable. Pasta undercooked, cheese in tortellini had an unpleasant taste, meat had a rubbery consistency, and the peas for heavens sake tasted like chalk.

Il Posto in my opinion is the best Italian restaurant in South Florida. The food is exceptional , the service is also great. My waitress is always Nicole and she is very accomodating to my needs. I also enjoy the warmth I feel when I come to the restaurant. I am made to feel like family. Josephine is the best.
