Kelly was a great server. Regular steak sandwich tasted similar to the hamburger, so will go with the hamburger next time. Cowboy burger was perfect! Onion rings delicious. Fries awesome hand cut and fresh. First timer, but the letdown was the surcharge for using a credit card. I’m spoiled with having it included in the price, so it just took my experience down. Suggest you just raise the price a bit and charge 1 price. Didn’t sound like we were the only ones taken back about it.

Usually order for pick up, always enjoy the good food, recently moved back and still delicious as ever. They forgot my Bang Bang Shrimp sauce once but I ordered two other items plain, and I bet they thought it meant the shrimp too, but it was still delicious without the sauce . Always look forward to ordering the Steak Sandwich or getting that Bang Bang Shrimp. Thanks for delicious meals and the friendly staff. One suggestion, if you could get the Cole Slaw to be Gluten Free that would be awesome, Parent has restrictions and would be great to get a couple sides that she can enjoy too. Always a favorite destination.

Had 5 really good meals here. I had a white fish all-you-can-eat that was very delicious. Son’s family (2 kids – 10 & 12) enjoyed theirs (one got hamburger and fries, the other Mac and cheese). The adults enjoyed their specialty hamburgers. Service was fast and friendly.

Really disappointed. We are from out of town and wanted to experience something good and the only thing good about this place was the building. Very cool decor. We ordered cheese curds as appetizer and they flew out of the kitchen so fast some of them had frozen bits in the middle yet, my husband’s burger was a greasy mess, and my tuna steak was ice cold as if it just came out of the fridge. I asked for rare, not raw sushi. Even my veggies were tepid. And the waitress was standing around chatting with door dash customers on the other side of the restaurant after bringing my food, so after 10 minutes of waiting I had to flag down the busser and ask her to retrieve the waitress. Somehow there were onions in my cottage cheese also. My husband was done eating by the time i got my replacement food. For $50 we were not impressed at all. She took nothing off the bill for the inconvenience either. Maybe instead of focusing on your door dash orders so much, you should pay more attention to your sit down customers, quality will make or break a business.

First time there was amazing. Second time was today. My 2 sons and myself ordered the pulled pork sandwich. All three were completely soaked on the bottom buns. Waitress asked if we would like new buns. Um, we would have liked to not have to ask for new buns. She went back to the kitchen and they all acted mad that they had to actually give us 3 dry buns. Very disappointed for my second visit.

I’m new to the area. The first time my wife and I went there the prime rib was delicious. Tonight unfortunately I had a bad experience. I ordered another prime rib and asked for it to be rare but slightly medium cooked like the last time I ordered it. When our food was served, I thought the prime rib looked a little different. Not only was it over cooked and more well done than I asked they serve me a steak instead which honestly, I could have cooked better at home.. I mentioned to the waitress that this isn’t a prime rib cut and that it was clearly a regular steak. She told me I must have ordered something different the last time I was there. I’m pretty sure I know the difference between a steak and a prime rib roast cut especially when it comes to taste/texture considering I used to be a meat cutter.. I didn’t cause a scene because I’m not one of those people but they definitely lost our business. Next time I want a good prime rib I will be going to the red ox instead.
