I have tried this location two times now. The atmosphere is great. It is very well put together and appealing to the eye. The service was less than stellar. It took a while from seating to get the drink order ( like 15 minutes). Now for the food. I ordered a grim burger both times and both times it was just lacking flavor. Maybe more salt or some more fat in the burger would help? The kids hamburger the first time was a joke it looked like a cooked burger was cut in half and burnt to a crisp in a bun. The French fries appear to be frozen. Generally the food was pretty and the place was pretty but just lacked something. I will give them 6 months or so to try again this visit is 7/2/23.

Finally, the great taste of Lankford’s burgers in a better location. The same great menu items; grim and firehouse burgers. They added the grim reaper which combines the two. Get tater tots or the sweet potato fries. This location has decent parking and it structurally sound (unlike the original location). The service was friendly. They were a little short staffed, but hopefully they will work out those issues soon. The beer wall looks pretty cool. I’ll have to come back closer to happy hour or dinner time to try it out.

The food is tasty and that’s what ultimately matters. The burger I had previously was really good and the tots were perfectly crispy. They’re still getting straight from opening, but it’ll happen.

I have been to their other location, about 2 years ago. Was excited to try the Bellaire location. Interior, nice clean, was greeted graciously. Then it kind of went downhill from there. Order was fries, tots, patty melt, bacon Cheeseburger. We were dining in, and they brought it to us in to go bags and boxes. We were quite perplexed, something about a table mix up. We had beer and water for drinks. After asking for plates, no one came back to fill our water glass the entire dining time, about 20 minutes. We saw the staff talking with each other, but no one came to our table, except when it was time to get the check. I felt sick after leaving, only ate half of the patty melt and maybe 10 tots. Tots and fries were not good, burgers were tasty, so if you go, try burgers. We won’t be returning.

Take the service rating with a grain of salt. I went at 3:30 on a a Sunday afternoon and the server seemed to not know a whole lot at all, but I am going to take in the fact this location is brand new. The problems we had with the service were plentiful, but all quickly remedied.

Love this location! Very big and caters well to groups! I had their Cuban burger and the meat was cooked perfectly to what I ordered. Get the wings and especially the ONION RINGS! They make them fresh every hour. Oh, and the fried green tomatoes too.

Delicious food! Our daughter is a burger connaisseur and this her favorite place. She also loved the playground. I think it was the server’s first day so a few things were not right but they were corrected pretty quickly. The beer wall was down but what they had on tap was delicious and cold! The macaroni and cheese is legit, too!!

We LOVE Lankford in Midtown and we’re thrilled to see a second location in Bellaire, and with later hour options!!! They are still finalizing the menu, but the tried and true fan favorites are not going anywhere! The best part, credit cards ARE accepted at the Bellaire location. This new location also offers 20 beers on a self pour tap with a full bar. We will be going to Langford many more times now that they are open for dinner in Bellaire!

Went in with a very big group on a weekend brunch, and the staff handled it really well. Highlights on the menu for us were the fried green tomatoes, Firehouse burger, and the milkshakes. My group enjoyed the self-serve beer on tap. The parking lot was pretty sizable, so finding parking was easy. We’ll definitely come back soon.

We tried to come here on a Thursday at about 12:15 and no parking was available, we came back on Friday at 11:00 and were able to park. When we departed 45 min later it was still tough to get out of that parking lot in a pick up truck. Once in the Restraunt we were pleasantly greeted and seated. They have a self serve craft beer bar that unfortunately was out of service. I was able to get a beer at the bar and enjoyed a Shiner Bock. We ordered our food, I got the pimento cheese burger. The meat was cooked to perfection but was lacking in seasoning. The fries were hot and good. My wife tried to order a peach and then a strawberry milk shake which are on the menu but neither were available. The place is very popular and it’s very loud, it’s difficult to hold a conversation with your dining companions. The menu has a lot of interesting choices so we will probably come back and try again.
