i ordered 3 SAUSAGE egg and cheese wake up wraps and a coffee. the coffee came out quick and was great. she had to make the wraps real quick, which i didn’t mind because no one was behind me. I received my 3 wraps and proceeded on my way, come to find out when i took the first bite, it had no sausage. Maybe she forgot…but you couldn’t forget 3 of the same 1 item. all 3 had 0 sausage. i wanted to call and complain but i figured it could be of no effect or use.

I wasn’t made aware they didn’t have it and didn’t notice until we were driving away… I get that some of the dunks don’t have the liquid sugar and that’s fine. Just kinda wanted to be aware of what I was consuming…

I never have a problem at this location. As a former Dunkin employee and Current share holder of Dunkin. I know how ever product is supposed to be made right to perfect for customer satisfaction. Well every time I order at this location. They do exactly that. I don’t have any complaints. Great job to everyone of you that work this location. And great attitudes. Professional customer service. Tried the special edition Valentine donuts in honor of the holiday. They were cute. Probably nothing I would order on a regular basis- I’m still a fan of the Boston cream and maple glazed – but fun to head to Dunkin Donuts for an early Valentine date with my husband. One thing that made the visit Jess then five star… They were out of the special winter coffee flavors.

The food and customer service here are by far some of the worst I have experienced. I was constantly rushed with my order, and the food was old, dry, and burnt. Not to mention the drinks were very poorly made and disgusting, we did not drink them. How hard is it to make a frozen coffee and have it taste normal like all the other Dunkin? I do not recommend this place there are plenty of other places to go.

Strict Motivation
Dunkins are a hit and.miss, this one was a hit, no questions asked. Both our coffees cold and hot brew were delicious, promptly made, the food was fresh and delicious, staff friendly. A great place in Brewer to get your DD fill
