Ordered 2 classic RB & med FF. Classic RB(limited time)$2.00 each. Bill should have been bout $7. Tried 2 charge me bout $12. I questioned amount. Was told price is right. Refused order & drove off! Arby’s has terrible service & employees. My wife has had issues with Arby’s also. No more Arby’s for us!

I go here like a couple weeks at a time and I LOVED THE FOOD, even though I say it in most of my reviews. They also have nice staff and the last time I went, a young adult ( I’d say out of college) was working there and I ordered a couple stuff, and replied very businesslike that they didn’t have it. Since she was nice I didn’t mind about it at all!

At first, I was thinking of giving 3-4 stars at least. First time ordering food at this location (finksburg). Supposedly we’re going in but somehow they only serve drive thru. I ordered a reuben sandwich meal. Huge portions, however the fries are not warm and a bit hard. Sandwich is okay. they offered 2 for $2 for cookies or turn over. When we’re about to eat dessert, we’re surprised that the other cookie seemed like someone took a bite on it. Nothing fall off or some crumbs on it, nor it’s broken to pieces. My son don’t want to eat it anymore. I took a picture showing proof that I haven’t opened it yet.

My wife and me brought 2 hamburgers burgers are not fully coocked. the guy forgot kechup we asked. we had to comeback again. the drink was almost water. No need any rdfund. but this will damage the Arby’s reputation.

2nd time coming here and it will be my last. The drive through guy (bald) was extremely rude and abrupt when I ask about a certain item on the menu. I also asked for no ice on my wife’s Sprite but said he said No because he already poured it.

Finksburg was terrible only one person working fries was over cook and was so old they was chewy no sodas was working I had to buy a bottle of water I normally like there food but this one was terrible just terrible and they had the door lock you could only go thru drive thru

Almost never open to sit down and always a excuse to why they are not and not to mention after Covid they were drive through only for like two years because they were “under staff” they said. The manager needs to be FIRED I will not go back.
